Midlife Isn't a Crisis, It's a Turning Point

You might find yourself asking, "Who am I now?" or "What's next for me?"

Women Thriving in Midlife (WTM) is a living journey created to help you rediscover who you are, realign with what truly matters, and move through this powerful season of life with mindfulness, courage, and joy.

This program is a sacred invitation to pause, listen deeply, and awaken to the woman you're still becoming.

Unlike most programs that flood you with information, WTM offers a clear, embodied pathway, blending self-paced learning with monthly live mentorship and community support to help you integrate what you learn.

Drawing on decades of mindfulness practice and hundreds of conversations with women around the world, I've distilled the most essential teachings and tools to help you not just understand transformation, but live it.

You'll cultivate your capacity to meet each change as part of your awakening, grounded in presence, self-trust, and the wisdom already within you.

“I worked with Sharon in groups and privately for years, and it was truly special. She is light and deep, wise and funny, and always attentive. With her guidance, I no longer define myself by my job, but by my deeper purpose. If I could give advice, I'd say: don't wait. Finding the right mentor can change your life.”

“Having Sharon as a mentor is amazing. She offered wisdom, kindness, and deep support as I taught at Esalen for the first time. Sharon guided me to slow down, connect inward, and return to the foundations of mindfulness. I feel more confident, authentic, and grounded as a teacher. The connection I feel with her is like being at home.”

Yes, if cost is a barrier, reach out. Equity and accessibility are important to me.

Most participants spend about 60-90 minutes a week watching videos, reflecting, and integrating practices, but you can move at whatever pace supports your life.

What will I learn in this course?

You'll learn how to navigate midlife transitions with mindfulness, courage, and joy: reconnecting with purpose, aligning with your values, and cultivating self-trust through the I.A.M. Framework (Intention, Alignment, Mindfulness).

Is there ongoing support available?

Yes, you can join the Your Second Act Meetup. Your Second Act Meetup is a steady, live gathering for women in midlife who want reflection, mindfulness, and meaningful conversation, without pressure to fix or figure everything out.

We meet twice each month for 60-75 minutes:

1) One gathering for grounding, teaching, and guided practice

2) One gathering for integration, reflection, and conversation

3) Between sessions, you'll receive one brief email that names the month's theme and summarizes the first gathering.
