Midlife isn’t a crisis—it’s a turning point.

Rediscover who you are.

Reconnect with what matters.

Realign your life with purpose and freedom.

You might find yourself asking, “Who am I now?” or “What’s next for me?” Women Thriving in Midlife (WTM) is a self-paced journey to rediscover who you are, realign with what truly matters, and move through this powerful season of life with mindfulness, courage, and joy.

This course is a sacred invitation to pause, listen deeply, and awaken to the woman you’re still becoming. New edition available December 2025.

Unlike most programs that flood you with information, Women Thriving in Midlife distills what truly matters and offers support to help you embody what you learn.

Drawing on decades of mindfulness practice and hundreds of conversations with women around the world, I’ve curated the most essential teachings and tools to help you thrive—not just understand.

This is a course for embodied transformation, not information overload.

You’ll cultivate your capacity to meet each change as part of your awakening, grounded in presence, self-trust, and the wisdom already within you.
