“In the time of life typically known as menopause, women’s brains are reshaped, for the better, in a way that creates new power, a bracing clarity, and a laser-like sense of purpose if you know how to seize it.”  ~ Dr. Louann Brizendine

Midlife is a time of almost constant transition for many women – our roles, identities, health, career, family, body.

And with a global pandemic, economic uncertainty, and a heightened awareness of injustice and inequity, we are presented significant collective challenges as well.

With these difficulties and transitions comes a powerful opportunity to (re)discover ourselves, our authenticity, let go of what no longer serves us or anyone else, turn insights and wisdom into skillful action.

It's time to create an intentional, aligned, mindful life that feels resilient and joyful more often than not, so we can show up in the world clear and empowered.

This 9 module, self-paced coaching program walks women in mid-life through a proven model that integrates ancient teachings and evidence-based practices to transform your mindset and create an action plan to THRIVE…right here, right now.

If not now, when?

What participants are saying...

"Totally worth the investment"

by Shauna McDonald

"For anyone considering this, I am a 2x alum. Sharon's groups get you focused and MOVING on your life and goals instead of another year of jabber! I am MIA in the Saturday L2YL groups because of my own focus that she lit under me a couple of years ago!...totally worth the investment!"
